I build software for people and the products they live in.

I'm Zaid Dweiri, a software engineer and founder based in Amman, Jordan, currently studying at the University of Jordan. I work mostly in TypeScript: Next.js and React Native on the front, Node.js and Postgres on the back.

I founded Behindit, the social network where the process is the content. Every post has two layers: a polished win on the front, the raw behind underneath, and you peel the front away with your thumb to see the truth. It's built Arabic-first, for Arab Gen Z, on the idea that comparing your behind-the-scenes to everyone else's highlight reel is what makes people quit. We make the real process the content, not the shame.

I'm also a software engineer at Whispers Global, where I ship product features and the systems that hold them up.
