I build software for people and the products they live in.

I'm Zaid Dweiri, a software engineer and founder based in Amman, Jordan, finishing a B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems at the University of Jordan in November 2026. I ship products solo across web, mobile, and desktop, mostly in TypeScript: Next.js and React Native on the front, Node.js and Postgres on the back.

I founded Behindit, the social network where the process is the content. Every post has two layers: a polished win on the front, the raw behind underneath, and you peel the front away with your thumb to see the truth. It's built Arabic-first, for Arab Gen Z, on the idea that comparing your behind-the-scenes to everyone else's highlight reel is what makes people quit. We make the real process the content, not the shame.

I'm also a software engineer at Whispers Global, where I work on Brandex, a creative asset marketplace with 80K+ products. I built Brandex Studio, its AI creative tool: FLUX and Gemini generation, upscaling, and background removal.

On the side I'm building JoVenture, an AI tour guide you talk to, live at the Amman Citadel; Solvet, a multi-model AI chatbot platform; and an AI-native game engine: describe it, build it, play it together.
